Rock and Trail Adventures can offer a full day’s adventure at one of the many coastline venues, including Three cliffs and Tor bay. Our day will be split into three sections depending on your requirements. It will begin with a morning of adventure climbing at your chosen location, then depending on your taste; we can provide a BBQ or sandwiches for lunch while you relax on the beach. Once the happy birthday songs are done, we will return to an afternoon in which will be a combination of rock climbing and also the possibility of abseiling. If this isn’t your cup of tea, Rock and Trail Adventures can also provide a walking adventure day along the Gower coastline, where we will stop for lunch at a beautiful and isolated spot along the Gower coastline, followed by an afternoon of walking further along the path to allow for breath taking sceneries and award wining picture opportunities. Who can we provide for Rock and Trail Adventures can provide for ages 8 and above, and due to licensing regulations we can only provide activities for 9 individuals and 2 team leaders.
