Rock and Trail Adventures can arrange and run adventure days from half a day (approx 4 hours) to a full day adventure experience (approx 8 hours) Who can take part in our adventurous activities? Anybody can take part in a Rock and Trail Adventure day, however due to insurance purposes we can only provided adventure experiences to anyone over the age of 8 years old.
